that is built from scratch using modern web technologies on top of a microservices architecture. it integrates our developed Motion Artifacts Correction and Brain Tumor Segmentation AI models and tools for advanced image processing and analysis.


A Toolkit that has various vision algorithms and techniques implemented from scratch
like noise reduction, edge detection, image histograms, frequency domains filters, hough transforms, Active contours, SIFT features extraction & facial detection and recognition.

That allows users to create and customize their own virtual rooms and spaces with a variety of 3D models, textures, and lighting options. Users can also share their creations with others and explore other users' creations.

that enables biomedical engineering students to train on how to fix/maintain high-cost Diagnostic Imaging modalities and laboratory systems with risk-free, cost-free VR technology. It offers wide choice of errors, malfunctions & ability to solve problems related to the devices. This wide choice of errors let biomedical engineers get exposed to many failures which they cannot have during their training.

that helps athletes improve their performance by measuring performance with scientific precision, translating that data into targeted protocols that maximize explosiveness. Post Processing Platform
for Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) MRI Data to extract and generate the required parameters for ASL data processing pipelines from DICOM or BIDS formatted datasets. Done with the Open Science Initiative for Perfusion Imaging (OSIPI).
